Screen Printing
How long does it take?
Due to the custom nature of the screen-printing process, and flow of our backlog at the time of purchase, orders can take between 15 and 28 business days to be shipped from our facility.
Orders placed are provided an estimated delivery date prior to checking out. Most orders are shipped prior to the estimated delivery date. Some orders may take a little longer for shipment and delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from Conroe, Texas via UPS ground. Please refer to transit time map for estimated transit time to your location. We do offer upgraded shipment options at the time of check out.
Do I get a proof before the order is printed?
Yes, all online orders require an approval from the customer of their artwork proof for production. Please note that orders not approved within 10 days of receiving the proof will be placed on hold. Payment for the order does not constitute as an artwork approval for production. Orders cannot proceed into production until customer has approved the artwork proof for production.
I work for a university or school; can I pay with a PO?
Yes! Please contact us at info@greenmangographics.com for more details and to set up an account.
Can I order multiple colors and sizes, or do they all have to be the same?
Yes! You can order any number of colors and/or sizes for your order as long as the artwork and ink colors remains the same. **Do note that sizes 2XL and greater incur additional fees.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we have 2 rush options available at checkout.
Can I get a refund of a T-shirt order?
Orders that have been placed but yet completed can cancel order within 4 days of purchase. Orders that are canceled after 4 days of purchase will incur a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. Orders that have been completed and shipped are not available for cash refunds. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Do you color match?
We can mix colors for your order, NOTE there is a charge for color mixing ($20 per color). Please add that under notes.
Wraps
How much is a vehicle or boat wrap?
Since we customize every wrap, we can’t give a set blanket price. The best way to know how much your wrap is, is to send us pictures of all 4 sides, make, model and year of your vehicle. How long does it take?
The graphic design process is 2-4 days. The print and lamination process are 3 business days after design approval. Installation on must full wraps take 2-3 days.
What is the life expectancy of the wraps?
Vehicle wraps are meant to have a durable life expectancy of 4-5 years. After that, we recommend replacing or removing the wrap. This will prevent vinyl to adhere to the surfaces too much. If not replaced in a timely manner, it could harden and could cause damage to the paint and take more labor hours for removal.
What Vinyl material do you use for your wraps?
At Green Mango Print we use 3M IJ175 vinyl with a 2 mil UV lamination and Arlon SLX with 1.3 mil or 2 mil UV lamination for optimal results on full color Wraps.
For color changes we normally use 3M 2080 series or can order other brands if requested by customer.

Can you only print the wrap and I do the install?
Sure, we have pre-set sizes for wrap material. You can gang all your designs in these pre-set sheets. They will come fully laminated. Please order here
Signs
How long does it take?
The production time starts after Design approval from customer.
All signs at this moment are taking between 2-5 business days to produce depending on the size of the order.
How long does shipping take?

Why can't you ship some signs?
Some sign sizes/weights won’t be approved or cost effective to ship and are available for pick up only.

Do you print using any Spot or Pantone colors?
We only print 4 color process (CMYK). If you use Spot or Pantone colors, please have them converted to process colors prior to file upload
Can I get a refund of a sign order?
Orders that have been placed but yet completed can cancel order within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders that are canceled after 24 hours of purchase will incur a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Orders that have been completed and shipped are not available for cash refunds. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Do you print white?
We do print white ink on decals and signs. Please contact us here for more info.
Am I able to do a size change after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to modify your order’s size details. Please cancel your existing order and place a new order with the size desired. Please have your order # ready and contact us here.
Can exact measurements be cut for all products?
Because of the different materials used and the finishing of our products, there is no guarantee for exact measurements of your order. Prints will be trimmed as accurately as possible.
